Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before artwork approval and production scheduling. Any design work already completed may be charged separately.

After Production Has Started

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may only be possible for the unstarted portion of the order, and materials or labour already committed will be charged.

Bulk & Custom-Material Orders

Bulk orders involving pre-ordered custom materials (e.g. specific fabric, packaging stock) may not be cancellable once materials have been procured on your behalf.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact your account manager or email us directly with your order reference as soon as possible.
