Nature of This Website

Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document and are subject to confirmation of specifications, quantity and artwork. An order is considered confirmed only upon written acceptance of a quotation and, where applicable, receipt of any agreed advance payment.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to any artwork, logos or designs submitted for printing. Romana Custom Works reserves the right to decline production of artwork that appears to infringe third-party rights.

Production Tolerances

Due to the nature of custom printing, minor variations in colour, size and finish between a digital proof and the final product may occur and are considered within acceptable industry tolerance.

Limitation of Liability

Romana Custom Works' liability for any confirmed order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or production variances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh.
