How long orders take, what shipping costs, and what can be returned.
Standard production is 48 hours from proof approval, not from when you order. The clock starts when you click approve on the digital proof we email you.

Tracking is emailed the moment a parcel leaves the studio and updates roughly every four hours. You can also track with your reference without signing in.
We ship to most countries. Duties, import VAT and customs handling fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected at checkout. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the goods but not the original shipping.
This is the important one. We will reprint and reship free, no argument, if:
Send a photo within 30 days of delivery to hello@romanacustomworks.com or through support. You do not need to ship the item back before we start the reprint.
Custom‑printed goods are made to your specification, so they are exempt from the usual change‑of‑mind return rights that apply to stock items. Once your artwork is on the fabric, we cannot resell it to anyone else.
That is exactly why we send a proof and why the studio shows a live preview — please check the spelling, the colours and the sizes carefully before approving. If something looks off in the proof, tell us; changes at that stage are free.
Unprinted stock items (blank tumblers and totes bought without a design) can be returned unused within 14 days for a refund less return postage.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and take 3–5 business days to appear.
