Twelve years of building brands, one print run at a time.
Started on one screen-printing table. Grown into a full production floor.
Romana Custom Works began in 2014 as a small screen-printing workshop taking on local business and school orders in Chandigarh. What started with a handful of manual presses has grown into an in-house facility spanning apparel printing, embroidery, UV and digital printing, packaging fabrication and large-format signage.
The name carries the same intent it did on day one: custom work, done properly, for people who need their brand to look considered on the page, on the shirt, or on the shelf. We still review first-time client samples personally before they go into bulk production.
Our Mission
To give businesses of every size access to production-quality custom printing and branding — with the same colour accuracy, material honesty and turnaround reliability regardless of order size.
Our Vision
To be the printing and branding partner businesses default to for every touchpoint — from a single business card order to a nationwide signage rollout — without ever compromising finish quality for speed.
What we hold every order to.
Craft Over Shortcuts
We choose the right process for the material, even when a faster shortcut exists.
Honest Timelines
We quote delivery dates we can actually meet, not dates that sound good on a call.
Colour Accuracy
Pantone-matched proofing so what you approve is what ships.
Material Responsibility
We offer and recommend lower-impact materials wherever the application allows.
How an order moves from brief to dispatch.
Brief & Consultation
Share your requirement, quantity and deadline — our team reviews it and recommends the right material and print method.
Design & Proofing
Our designers prepare print-ready artwork and share a digital proof for your approval before anything goes to press.
Sampling
For bulk or first-time orders, a physical sample is produced so you can confirm colour, texture and finish.
Production
Approved orders move into scheduled production on the appropriate press, embroidery or engraving line.
Quality Check
Every batch passes a multi-point inspection for colour accuracy, alignment and finish before packing.
Dispatch & Delivery
Finished orders are packed and dispatched with tracking, on schedule for your event or deadline.
Every batch is inspected before it's packed — not sampled after complaints.
Our ISO 9001:2015-certified process runs a multi-point inspection on colour accuracy, print alignment, stitch density and material finish before any order leaves the facility. First-time and bulk orders also receive a pre-production sample for sign-off.
