We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our design team can prepare it for you as part of the order.
Yes. Our in-house design team can create artwork from scratch or refine an existing logo or concept so it's ready for production.
Screen printing is well suited to bold, limited-colour designs at higher volumes, while DTF printing reproduces detailed, full-colour artwork economically at smaller quantities. We'll recommend the better fit for your design and order size.
Turnaround depends on the product, printing method and quantity — most orders are completed within 5 to 10 business days. Rush production is available for time-sensitive deadlines.
Yes, for select products such as business cards, stickers and banners. Mention your deadline when requesting a quote and we'll confirm if rush production is possible.
For bulk and first-time orders, we recommend a physical sample or pre-production proof so you can confirm colour, material and finish before full production begins.
